Judy Bloom
Church Office Administrator
Judy Bloom serves as the Office Administrator for St. Paul Lutheran Church, providing essential support to our ministry and daily operations. She coordinates office activities, and assists staff, members, and visitors with care and professionalism. Judy helps ensure that our church office runs smoothly, and that information is organized, accurate, and accessible. Her dedication strengthens our mission and supports the work of every ministry in our congregation.

Tracie Heuring
Director of Preschool
Tracie Heuring serves as the Director of Preschool at St. Paul Lutheran Church, providing leadership, vision, and daily oversight for our early childhood program. She supports teachers, partners with families, and ensures a safe, nurturing, Christ‑centered environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually. Tracie oversees curriculum, communication, and operations, helping our preschool thrive as a place of joy, learning, and faith.

Don Hammond
Director of communications
Don is responsible for all of St Paul's communications, across Social Media, and traditional print formats. Striving to spread the word about Jesus Christ within our community and beyond, while also maintain timely and effective information to our members:
Owen Reyda
Director of Music Ministries
Owen is music director and organist at St. Paul's. His responsibilities include playing the organ for services and coordinating special music offerings throughout the year. He has also served at Chautauqua Institution in New York as organ scholar, Sacred Heart Parish in Lakewood, New York as organist, and various other churches in and around his hometown of Westfield, New York. He is currently a third-year organ performance major at Oberlin Conservatory of Music in nearby Oberlin, Ohio.
Mike Warnock
Director of Worship Technology
Mike serves as the Director of Worship Technology at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Amherst, Ohio, where he helps bring services to life through sound, media, and all things behind the scenes. With a knack for solving problems and keeping things running smoothly, he supports both in-person and online worship experiences. Whether it’s managing livestreams, coordinating volunteers, or troubleshooting last-minute tech issues, Mike is the go-to person who makes sure everything works—so others can focus on worship.

Billy Swanzer
President
Billy Swanzer serves as the President of the Board at St. Paul Lutheran Church, providing leadership, guidance, and support for the mission and ministries of the congregation. He works closely with the pastor, staff, and board members to ensure faithful stewardship of resources and the smooth operation of church activities. Billy helps set vision, coordinate decision‑making, and foster a spirit of unity as the congregation seeks to follow Christ in all things.
Pat Echko
Vice President
Pat has been serving as the Vice President of the Church Board for the past 2 years. She is currently also a Clearview School Board Member. Pat served in Sheffield Township for 20 years after retiring as CFO and owner of Erie Shore Mortgage Corporation.

John Cartmell

I have been attending St. Paul for over 40 years and in that time have volunteered for many positions. They include ushering, being a teller, Sunday School teacher, VBS director, and several committees. My role on the Board of Directors is to help guide the church's progress as directed by the congregation working towards the mission statement.

Donna Kemmerle
Treasurer
My main function as the Treasurer for St. Paul Lutheran Church is serving as the chief financial officer of the congregation. A few of the functions are the responsibility for the financial accounting system, the preparation of financial statements and the periodic reporting of them to the congregation.

As a member of the Church Board John provides perspective and biblical knowledge helping guide our decisions with wisdom rooted in Scripture and an understanding of our congregation’s life together. John's insight ensures that our discussions remain grounded in faith, aligned with our mission, and attentive to both our history and our future. By bringing biblical clarity and thoughtful perspective, he supports the board in leading St. Paul Lutheran Church with integrity, purpose, and spiritual discernment.
